Visitation Update
July 1, 2023
MASKING REMAINS OPTIONAL!
The transmission rate for Lycoming County is LOW. There are NO current COVID cases at present. The next vaccine Clinic is July 25th.
However, if there is ONE resident or staff COVID case, surgical masks must be worn again!
Please adhere to the following:
• Do not visit if you are ill or have been exposed to COVID-19!
• No visitors may enter the Bistro at mealtimes.
• If visiting before or after the time of reception desk hours, please ring the bell to the right of the main entrance door to gain entrance. To exit after hours, use the phone on the reception desk.
• All visitors must screen in at the kiosk PRIOR to your visit and SIGN OUT when leaving the facility – Please ask for assistance when exiting the building.
• THE NAME TAG THAT IS PRINTED AT THE KIOSK MUST BE WORN AS SCREENING IS STILL REQUIRED
• Surgical MASKS REMAIN OPTIONAL and still available at the main entrance if you so choose.
• Please respect mealtimes – 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Visitors may go to entertainment events in the Bistro with their loved ones.
• There are no restrictions for children.
• OVERNIGHT or same day LOA’s (Leave of Absence) MUST BE PRE-PLANNED-PLEASE CONTACT THE UNIT LPN FOR MORE INFORMATION. Please notify the Therapy Department for LOA training as this must be completed prior to the leave!
• Visitors and family members-IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding Resident visits!
After your visit with one of our residents, please ask a staff member (preferably an LPN) if the resident can remain where you were visiting or do they need to go to the nursing station AFTER your visit. It is important that we keep ALL residents SAFE!
You are considered ‘up to date’ with your COVID-19 vaccines if you have received the Bi-Valent Booster. Please be sure your loved ones are boosted!
